the pyramid of Giza

The Great Pyramid of Giza is the oldest and largest of the pyramids in the Giza pyramid complex bordering present-day Giza in Greater Cairo, Egypt. It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain largely intact.

Pyramids of Giza | National Geographic. All three of Giza's famed pyramids and their elaborate burial complexes were built during a frenetic period of construction, from roughly 2550 to 2490 B.C. The pyramids were built by Pharaohs Khufu (tallest), Khafre (background), and Menkaure (front).

The pharaoh's final resting place was usually within a subterranean burial chamber underneath the pyramid. Although the Great Pyramid has subterranean chambers, they were never completed, and Khufu's sarcophagus rests in the King's Chamber, where Napoleon is said to have sojourned, deep inside the Great Pyramid.

The Great Pyramid at Giza is the largest in the world, filling 13 acres at its base. At 481 feet tall, it was the tallest structure in the world until the advent of modern skyscrapers. The pyramid builders used 2.3 million stone blocks, each weighing between 2.5 and 15 tons, to construct the Great Pyramid.

The pyramids of Giza and others are thought to have been constructed to house the remains of the deceased pharaohs who ruled over Ancient Egypt. A portion of the pharaoh's spirit called his ka was believed to remain with his corpse.

Researchers in Egypt discovered a 4,500-year-old ramp system used to haul alabaster stones out of a quarry, and reports have suggested that it could provide clues as to how Egyptians built the pyramids. ... The ramp system dates at least as far back as the reign of Pharaoh Khufu, who built the Great Pyramid at Giza. the pyramid of Giza is 138m high.

the coordinates of pyramid of Giza is 29.9792° N, 31.1342° E.... Ancient Egyptian astronomers aligned the pyramids due north by using two stars that circle the celestial polar point. ... When one star was exactly above the other in the sky, astronomers could find a line that pointed due north. But the alignment was only true for a few years around 2,500 BC. the one more thing that the speed of light and the pyramid of Giza coordinates are same ... The exact coordinates of the Great Pyramid of Giza are 29.9792458°N which by itself means very little. However, some enthusiasts have noticed the number is exactly the same as the speed of light which travels at 299,792,458 metres per second.

Early astronomers gazed at the night sky, doing their best to align the stars with architectural marvels, such as the Sphinx and the Great Pyramid, that would survive the ravages of time. It has a slanted height of 1.20 metres (3.9 ft) high and width of 1.06 metres (3.5 ft) or 4 Egyptian feet high by 2 cubits wide. The base of the Great Pyramid is a square with each side measuring 230 m (756 ft) and covering an area of 5.3 hectares (13 acres).

The pyramids of Giza were royal tombs built for three different pharaohs. ... It is 218 feet (66 metres) high, significantly smaller than the pyramids of Khufu (481.4 feet [147 metres]) and Khafre (471 feet [143 metres]).the Great Pyramid of Giza; although thousands were employed in building it, its sides vary no more than 0.05 percent from the mean length of 230.364 metres (9,069.43 inches), which suggests the original dimensions were 440 by 440 royal cubits.

It was the Egyptians who built the pyramids. The Great Pyramid is dated with all the evidence, I'm telling you now to 4,600 years, the reign of Khufu. The Great Pyramid of Khufu is one of 104 pyramids in Egypt with superstructure. And there are 54 pyramids with substructure.Hawass said evidence from the site indicates that the approximately 10,000 laborers working on the pyramids ate 21 cattle and 23 sheep sent to them daily from farms. Though they were not slaves, the pyramid builders led a life of hard labor, said Adel Okasha, supervisor of the excavation

Most hypotheses are based on the idea that the huge stones were moved from a quarry, and then either dragged, lifted or rolled into place. The most widely accepted theory is that a ramp-like embankment of brick, earth and sand was increased along with the pyramid. These techniques seem to have developed over time; later pyramids were not constructed in the same way as earlier ones. Most of the construction hypotheses are based on the belief that huge stones were carved from quarries with copper chisels, and these blocks were then dragged and lifted into position.

what is secret of 369

The number 3 serves as the only number that equals the sum  of  all preceding numbers (0 + 1 + 2 = 3). Also, when 3 is added to itself, the smallest perfect number ensues (6). And when 3 is squared, the result is the number that completes the single-digit numbers in the decimal system, better known as the number 9 why 369 is universe of key ? Nikola Tesla was obsessed with numbers, but especially 3, 6 and 9. He wanted the world to know the significance of the number 3 6 9, he claimed that these were extremely important numbers, but the question is why? What was that Nikola Tesla wanted the world to understand? How it became Nikola Tesla 3 6 9 theory? To understand that, we must first know about Mathematics. Why it is so different yet the same anywhere in the universe. Maths was and has been the most valued subject of all the time and the most powerful too. Two plus two will always be four everywhere in the universe. Possibly Nikola Tesla knew the power of the numbers 3 ...

Anthropic principle

The   anthropic principle   is the principle that there is a restrictive lower bound on how statistically probable our observations of the universe are, given that we could only exist in the particular type of universe capable of developing and sustaining sentient life.   Proponents of the anthropic principle argue that it explains why this universe has the  age  and the  fundamental physical constants    necessary to accommodate conscious life, since if either had been different, we would not have been around to make observations. Anthropic reasoning is often used to deal with the notion that the universe seems to be  fine tuned . There are many different formulations of the anthropic principle. Philosopher Nick Bostrom  counts them at thirty, but the underlying principles can be divided into "weak" and "strong" forms, depending on the types of cosmological claims they entail. The  weak anthropic principle  ( ...

Kardashev scale

The   Kardashev scale   is a method of measuring a  civilization ' s level of technological  advancement based on the amount of energy  it is able to use. The measure was proposed by   Soviet    astronomer   Nikolai    Kardashev    in 1964. The scale is hypothetical , and regards energy consumption on a cosmic  scale. Various extensions of the scale have since been proposed, including a wider range of power levels (types 0, IV through VI) and the use of metrics other than pure power. Categories  The Kardashev scale has three designated categories, these are: A  Type I civilization , also called a planetary civilization , can use and store all of the energy available on its planet.  A  Type II civilization , also called a stellar    civilization , can use and control energy at the scale of its planetary system. A  Type III ...
